SHIPPING
Dream Glam Store ships to addresses located in the United States via USPS. Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of the time of placement. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact Customer Support immediately by email [email protected].
You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
*Delivery time above is based on average in-transit time. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Dream Glam Store strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any and all promotional products and/or offers discounted at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Certain types of products and/or items cannot be returned or refunded including:
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, is $9.
REFUND POLICY
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States.
