Introduction
These VIP Membership Terms & Conditions (“Agreement“) govern your participation in the VIP Membership program (“VIP Membership Program“) offered by Dream Glam Store store.dreamglamstore.com (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or using the VIP Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms“).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not join or continue your participation in the VIP Membership program.
1. Eligibility
1.1. General Eligibility: To be eligible for the VIP Membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to form binding contracts under applicable law.
1.2. Exclusions: Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Company and their immediate families are not eligible for the VIP Membership.
2. Membership Fees and Payment
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy and that you are opting into a VIP membership that qualifies you for priority processing and one-time promotional offers.
2.1. Fees: The VIP Membership requires a subscription fee, which will be charged [$69.00 monthly] from the time of enrollment or (10) days after your initial purchase and thereafter every thirty (30) days to the credit card you provided when you placed your order. Charges will show up as “Dream Glam Store” on your statement. The subscription fee is non-refundable except as provided under these Terms.
2.2. Payment Method: By joining the VIP Membership, you authorize the “Dream Glam Store” to charge your payment method for any membership fees, recurring charges, and other applicable fees associated with your membership.
2.3. Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable.
3.VIP Member Benefits
As a VIP Member, you will receive the following benefits:
3.1. Exclusive Benefits: VIP Members may receive exclusive benefits, such as discounts – Up to (70%), early access to new product launches/sales/services, promotions, invitations to special events, and other rewards as specified by the Store. These benefits are subject to change at any time at the Store’s discretion.
3.2. Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
3.3. Non-Transferability: VIP Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. They are only available to the Member and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to others.
3.4. Changes to Benefits: The Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any benefits of the VIP Membership program at any time without prior notice.
4. Membership Term and Termination
4.1. Membership Term: The term of your VIP Membership begins upon activation and continues for the duration of the applicable membership period (monthly), unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
4.2. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your VIP Membership prior to the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew for the same term, and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your designated payment method.
4.3. Termination by You: You may terminate your VIP Membership at any time by email us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you will continue to receive benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. The termination process may take as long as (14) fourteen days for our records to be updated with your termination.
4.4. Termination by Store: The Store reserves the right to terminate or suspend your VIP Membership at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, misuse of benefits, or other conduct that the Store deems inappropriate. All membership fees are non-refundable.
4.5. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your membership, all benefits and privileges of the VIP Membership will cease, and any outstanding payments owed to the Store will remain due.
5. Member Responsibilities
5.1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling in the VIP Membership program and to update your account if your personal information changes.
5.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms & Conditions when participating in the VIP Membership program.
5.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: The [Dream Glam Store owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to any content, materials, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the VIP Membership program.
6.2. Limited License: By becoming a VIP Member, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the benefits of the program for personal use, subject to the restrictions of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Liability for Loss or Damage: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of your participation in the VIP Membership program, including but not limited to loss of benefits, errors in payment, or other technical issues.
7.2. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Store, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the VIP Membership program is subject to the Store’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
8.2. Data Security: The Store will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee complete security. You acknowledge that the use of the VIP Membership program involves risks, including unauthorized access to your account. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
9.1. Right to Modify: The Store reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Store’s website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use or enrollment in the VIP Membership Program following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9.2. Acceptance of Changes: By continuing to use the VIP Membership after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
11.Miscellaneous
11.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by the Store on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Store regarding the VIP Membership program.

The VIP Membership Program and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
